Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the past few years PwC has developed a strong technology department. This department is still growing and gaining new talents. One of our fast growing divisions is artificial intelligence.

Our AI team is a small group of extremely talented and motivated AI enthusiasts. They are still learning, sharing skills and working together on various projects in the financial sector, public sector, gaming, healthcare and other industries. Focus of this team is really wide (NLP, computer vision, machine learning) and as a new colleague you will find what suits you the most.

What is awaiting you on the position of AI consultant?
 

• developing robust AI-powered solutions for a variety of use cases, such as fraud detection, natural language understanding, image segmentation, time-series prediction, data quality validation and others,
• building data analytics, processing and reporting pipelines,
• interaction with the clients on various projects across different locations in western european countries and USA
• analyzing business requirements to come up with the best technical solutions for clients’ business challenges,
• collecting all information and data needed to create a business model, guiding clients through the process of implementation
• making the models accessible via Restful API-s, deployment in Docker containers

Position of AI consultant is not only about programming but also about understanding the business of the client and ability to communicate your work to people without technical background.

Personality requirements and skills

• university degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or similar
• English language experience in reading and writing (level B2)
• understanding of probability theory/statistic/econometrics, knowledge of Machine learning algorithms would be an advantage
• programming skills: at least one programming language Python/R on advanced level (experience with RESTful interfaces and Containers is nice to have)
• fast learner with ability to pick up new skills everyday
• credentials from online courses, participation in online competitions or published papers in a field would be considered as an advantage

To sum it up we are looking for fast learners with Python/R programming skills and passion for AI.

What would the recruitment process look like?
1. online analytical test for 15 minutes - sent on our email after your application
2. prescreen - during short call we will discuss your motivation, preferences and brief details regarding position
3. 1st round - short interview with member of the AI team
4. 2nd round - technical task with the manager of the AI team
5. offer for all successful candidates
