In our technology team we are focused on low code platforms (Paga or Appian). Low code platforms are great tools for automatization of processes. You can create technical solutions through graphical user interfaces and configuration instead of traditional hand-coded programming.

As a member of our technology consulting team, be ready to:

• be part of team of consultants and developers
• interact with clients and analyze business requirements
• collect all information and data needed to create a business model
• implement software solutions in low code platforms Pega or Appian

(in all phases of project you will have mentoring of senior colleagues)

Don't worry if you don't have previous professional experience. At PwC, we drive development  under the mentorship of the best experts. After your onboarding you will jump start on our bootcamp training program which results in the new skills and certification in the low code technology.

Personality requirements and skills

• university degree (IT, economics, mathematics or statistics background is an advantage)
• english language, experience in reading and writing (B2 level)
• enthusiasm to learn new things
• strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking
• ability to pick up new concepts and technologies
• creative approach to problem solving
• credentials from online courses, participation in online competitions or published papers in a field would be considered advantage

Selection process in steps:
1. game based assessment - short test for analytical thinking for 15 minutes
2. prescreen - during short call we will discuss your motivation, preferences and brief details regarding position
3. online assessment for identification of your crucial competencies
4. short interview with member of team
5. offer for all successful candidates
