Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an Intern in our technology department you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients to solve their complex business issues.

In our technology team we are mostly focused on low code platforms (Pega or Appian). Low code platforms are great tools for automatization of processes. You can create technical solutions through graphical user interfaces and configuration instead of traditional hand-coded programming.

Personality requirements and skills

  • University student in - 4th or 5th grade (IT, math, statistics background is an advantage)
  • English language, experience in reading and writing
  • responsible work attitude and good time management skills
  • enthusiasm to learn new things
  • credentials from online courses, participation in online -competitions or published papers in a field would be considered advantage

1. game based assessment - short test for analytical thinking for 15 minutes
2. prescreen - during short call we will discuss your motivation, preferences and brief details regarding position
3. online assessment for identification of your crucial competencies
4. short interview with member of team
