YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Analysis, definition and optimization of intralogisticsprocesses of our customers worldwide, as well ascustomer support throughout the entire IT projectlife cycle
•Responsible for modeling and parametrizationtasks in our intralogistics software
•Creation of IT specifications, user documentationand training material for the software implementa-tion
•Interface between product development, other spe-cialist areas and customers
•Software testing inhouse as well as during the im-plementation on site at the premises of our interna-tional customers
•You take over the conducting of workshops, train-ings and status meetings independently.

YOUR SKILLS:

•Degree-level technical/commercial qualification inthe field of logistics, industrial management, infor-matics, business administration, etc.
•The field of (intra) logistics is not new for you
•Expertise in process management
•Very good command of English, further foreignlanguages are an asset
•High IT affinity and IT skills are an advantage(SQL & LINUX Server basic knowledge)
•You work confidently, in a solution-oriented wayand as a team player you also enjoy working inbigger project teams.
•Intercultural competence and willingness to travelinternationally (min. 40% of yearly working time)
•Team player, sense of responsibility, flexibility andreliability

The minimum salary for this position according to the Collective Agreement (IT-CA) is € 2.556,-- gross salary for 38.5 hours per week. However, we offer a competitive salary depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
