THE PHASES OF THE TRAINEE PROGRAM:
Home Plant Stay - in Puchov:
- 6 months in Plant Controlling in home country, learning on-the-job and get to know all controlling-related topics in the home plant
- Introduction to controlling processes and systems in a PLT/TT Plant
- General Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow - deeper introduction to plant operations
Central stay - Hanover, Germany:
- 6 months in Central Controlling in Hanover
- Project-based training and assignments
- In-depth understanding of central controlling, related systems and projects
- Technical trainings, e. g. LIFT (Learning Initiative for Tires)
- Extra functional trainings on team building, intercultural awareness, Continental Business System, soft skills
Plant Stay (abroad):
- 6 months in Plant Controlling in a plant abroad
- Controlling projects within the plant
- Involvement and contribution to day-to-day business
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (or student) in business administration
with majors in controlling, finance, accounting, corporate management or similar qualification (If bachelor degree 2 years work experience is required)
- First working experience up to 2 years after university study
- Profound theoretical background in the controlling/finance area
- Experience in processing data
- Fluent in English
- Relevant internships (ideally abroad)
- At least 2 months of International Internship/study abroad/working in a multicultural and International team
- First project management experience
- First experience in leading a project team desired
- Open-minded, responsible and self-driven team player with international mobility

Offered salary: Min. 1 254 eur gross for graduates (depending on experience) + variable part of salary and other benefits
