Description

1. Ensure the development of new Curing processes support the improvement of in tire plants.
2. Leadership or collaboration in Development Projects or Task Forces
3. Build up and maintain the know-how database curing
4. Support of departments of Central engineering & purchasing in terms of technology and quality for the purchase of new curing related equipment
5. Ensure training of plant curing engineers
6. Ensure preparation of curing related documentation and trainings for TAC partners
7. Cooperate with suppliers in development of new processes for tire manufacturing.

Requirements

1. Academic degree: Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biothecnology) or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production)
2. Fluent in English
3. Experience in a manufacturing or development enviroment higly welcome but not mandatory
4. Initiative and flexible thinking
