Your daily responsibilities will be:

 - Providing application support of Network management tools to our external/internal customers
 - Providing service to our internal as well as external customers
 - Answering incoming calls
 - Answering queries coming via live chat/email
 - Application support for variety of Network management tools (SMARTS, GTAC, Voyence, Vitalnet etc.)
 - Troubleshooting on Linux servers
 - Troubleshooting on Windows servers

Personality requirements and skills

- Recent experience working in, or with IT
- Linux/Unix experience
- Customer service Experience - desire to work / learn with new technologies
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written, Technical & Interpersonal)
- Good problem solving skills
- Proficiency in the use of standard windows base applications  Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities and make well considered decisions
- Drive enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and self-motivation  Resourcefulness and flexibility
- A desire to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Interface effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
